Great
Lakes Area I want to give a special thanks for those who played in my game. I am thankful to have had players that were enthusiastic about the game and were patient with me running it. Here were the results of the campaign tourney. -- Darren Buxbaum
It was refreshing to see well seasoned players use army lists of a very "light" nature, since each list fielded had a minimum of 6 Ps and /or Lh. The most interesting observation was that half way through the campaign, the battlefields became less cluttered with bad going due to the players became more comfortable using the Ps in the open. As a result, the games became bloodier and ended faster. I enjoyed running this game and would look forward to doing it again. I will have to tweek the map/rules to make an easier flow, although the players were good sports and didn't seem to mind.
Lastly, I would like to that Ed at Wargames for the prizes (Ottoman and Serbian armies for first and second place).
