CharCon 2006 DBA Open Tournament
The CharCon DBA Open was held on Oct. 7, 2006. We had four players:
Jack Shaw playing Hittite Empire I/24(a); Dave Welch, playing Sub-Roman
British II/81(c); Jenny Torbett ,playing Later Hoplite Greeks II/5(d); Mike
Demana playing Avars III/13(b). The tournament was won by Jenny, who
not only went 3-0, but was 13-1 in elements killed. The full results
were:
- 1st Place - Jenny Torbett, Later Hoplite Greek, 3-0
- 2nd Place - Mike Demana, Avars, 2-1
- 3rd Place - Dave Welch, Sub-Roman British, 1-2
- 4th Place - Jack Shaw, Hittite Empire, 0-3
Jenny received three bags of Old Glory Picts donated by Nick Gillispee
for her victory. Thanks to everyone for playing.
